# Energy

The energy system provides users a strategic plan of what they need to prepare for battles. Each user has a limited daily energy bar that will reset daily. Players must choose wisely which battles are rewarding to spend their energy on. 

Note: Users can spend [**MSTR tokens**](https://monsterra.io/) to refill the energy pool a limited number of times within a day.
